Tonight, we'll officially kick things off with a welcome dinner, where you'll meet the group, share stories, and toast to the week ahead over delicious local cuisine and a glass (or two) of regional wine. It's the perfect way to break the ice and start making new connections for an unforgettable week together.

Heart of Nice - Meet and Mingle

Ease into the day with a leisurely exploration of Nice’s charming Old Town. Wander through colorful markets, hidden squares, and winding cobblestone streets, soaking up the vibrant atmosphere that makes this corner of the French Riviera so captivating. 

Later, immerse yourself in the flavours of the region with a delicious food experience showcasing local specialties and regional wines. More than just a meal, it’s a chance to connect with your fellow singles.

The rest of the afternoon and evening are yours to enjoy. Stroll along the famous Promenade des Anglais, browse boutique shops, relax at a beachside bar, or settle into a seaside restaurant for dinner as the sun sets over the Mediterranean. However you choose to spend it, this is Riviera living at its finest.

Riviera Glamour

The French Riviera is so much more than beaches and yachts, and today we’re heading inland to discover one of its most enchanting corners: the medieval hilltop village of Èze.

Perched high above the Mediterranean, Èze feels like stepping into another era. Wander through winding stone alleyways, hidden courtyards, and flower-filled passages as breathtaking coastal views unfold around every corner. 

After taking in the magic of Èze, the rest of the day is yours to shape however you like. One of the best things about this part of the world is how easily you can experience two countries in a single afternoon. Venture into glamorous Monaco, try your luck at the legendary Monte Carlo Casino, sip a cocktail overlooking the marina, or simply wander the elegant streets and soak up the atmosphere.

And who knows where the afternoon might lead? Maybe it’s a spontaneous aperitif with new friends, a sunset stroll through Monaco with someone who’s caught your eye, or a little Riviera romance over champagne by the harbour. 

Hola Barcelona!

Today we head to vibrant Barcelona. Bursting with energy, creativity, and Mediterranean soul, Spain’s second-largest city is a place where stunning architecture, lively plazas, and world-class food come together to create something truly unforgettable.

After settling in, we'll jump straight into one of the best ways to experience the local culture: through its food. Barcelona is a paradise for food lovers, with fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and a dining scene built around sharing good meals with great company.

This evening, we'll roll up our sleeves for a hands-on paella cooking experience. Guided by local chefs, you'll learn the secrets behind Spain’s most famous dish while enjoying plenty of laughs along the way. We'll pair our creations with glasses of cava, Catalonia’s beloved sparkling wine, and toast to the next chapter of the adventure.

After all, paella is meant to be shared. Whether you're bonding with new friends, flirting over a glass of bubbly, or discovering who has hidden chef skills, tonight is all about good food, great company, and embracing the fun, social spirit of Barcelona.

Barcelona Foodie!

Barcelona is a city best discovered on foot, and today we’ll dive into its vibrant streets, uncovering the stories, culture, and character that make it one of Europe’s most captivating destinations. From grand boulevards and lively squares to hidden alleyways and historic corners, every turn reveals something new.

With a world-class food scene ranging from cozy tapas bars to Michelin-starred hotspots, we'll take a break for lunch before continuing to one of Barcelona's biggest draws: its architecture. No visit is complete without marvelling at La Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudí's most famous masterpiece, a breathtaking work still in progress after more than a century.

The afternoon and evening are yours to explore however you choose. Wander through the Gothic Quarter, browse bustling local markets, relax with a vermouth overlooking the Mediterranean, or discover a hidden cocktail bar tucked away down a side street with someone who caught your eye.

Private Catamaran

This morning, we set sail on a catamaran cruise along Barcelona's stunning coastline. Soak up the sunshine, enjoy the sea breeze, and take in a different perspective of the city as its iconic skyline unfolds from the Mediterranean.

The afternoon is yours to spend however you please. Return to a neighbourhood that stole your heart, stretch out on the beach, indulge in a little shopping, or simply wander wherever Barcelona's charming streets lead you.

Tonight, we'll come together for one of Spain's greatest traditions: tapas. Expect shared plates, flowing conversation, and linger over one more glass of wine with someone you've been getting to know. 

Explore the vineyards

Just a short drive from Barcelona, the Penedès wine region is home to some of Spain’s finest vintages. Today, visit a family-owned winery dedicated to sustainable winemaking, where we’ll enjoy lunch and sip our way through crisp chardonnays and bubbly cavas.

With every glass, you’ll not only taste the flavours of the region but also hear the stories behind each bottle, shared alongside the travel crew that has become like family over the past week. After a day in wine country, we’ll head back to Barcelona to freshen up for one last dinner together.

For our final meal, we’ve picked a spot known for its local Catalan flavours. Savor those last bites of crispy croquettes and jamón ibérico, because nothing ever tastes quite the same outside of Spain. And of course, we’ll raise a glass of sangria to an unforgettable trip. This might be our last night together, but it feels more like a see-you-later than a goodbye

Departure Day

Just like that, our time together comes to an end, but the memories (and the group chat) are just getting started. Expect a flood of Instagram exchanges, WhatsApp buzzing with last laughs, inside jokes, and those “we should definitely meet again” plans and get ready to book your next Thursday Trip.
